Dear Pet Parents,
We recently moved to the area and couldn’t believe our luck when we found A-1-Pet Care and Michelle! Immediately after our orientation meeting with Michelle, we requested her on the spot! Our two Labs were instantly at ease with her, and even brought their bowls to her in hopes of a second helping of dinner!
Michelle spends a great deal of time with our dogs each and every visit. We recognize this because in each report she leaves after her visit, she mentions personality traits about our two dogs that we haven’t shared with her. She knows who likes to be brushed and who prefers a good belly scratch instead, where each one prefers to eat their dinner, and each one’s potty schedule. We receive a full report of their daily activities together and how the overall visit went. Our house is spotless when we arrive home as Michelle always picks up after our messy and very hairy dogs!
We can’t thank Michelle enough for taking such good care of our family. She is a true professional and animal lover, and allows us the opportunity to vacation without worrying what we’ll return home to. She is very accommodating and has even made emergency visits to our home to check on the dogs when flights have been unexpectedly delayed. Our dogs have never been happier! Michelle is such an energetic, caring person. When she comes to visit our two dogs, she immediately begins to love on them. She enjoys playing and running with them in the back yard as much as they do! We only leave our dogs in the care of others who we know love them and enjoy being around them. Michelle is definitely that kind of person. We are so thankful to have her look after our dogs when we are unable to do it ourselves.

When we go on vacation, I ask for Michelle and ask her to housesit/ pet sit. She is very dependable and goes above and beyond. The house is neat, the mail is brought in and dogs are healthy and happy. She sat for the dogs when our youngest Great Dane was a puppy. We had a flowerbox on the deck and he had a habit of digging in it. He would scatter dirt all over the deck, which would put dirt in front of the door they go in and out of. Michelle cleaned the dirt off the deck and obviously cleaned the floors because when we got home there was no evidence of dirt on the floors.
