Hi! And welcome to our website. May I take a few minutes and tell you a little about us? Neil and I are originally from the great Northwest. Having spent our childhood, and young adult lives in Oregon and Washington, we grew to love the scenery and the rich history of the West Coast. I have always loved animals, flowers, and picturesque landscapes, snow capped Mountains and lush green forests. The breathtaking valleys that wind in and around large rivers, lakes, streams and waterfalls, seem to have a way of making you appreciate God's creation.

Neil and I met through a mutual friend of my brother. I told my brother's friend that I was looking for some one tall, dark and handsome! Three week's later, to my surprise, my future husband, who was tall-fair-and bald responds and we were married nine months later. After our wedding it was off to graduate school at Oregon State University where Neil acquired a Masters in Environmental Science. In the meantime I worked as a cosmetologist in a local beauty parlor.

Before leaving Corvallis Oregon we were blessed with our first child, Lara. After a year in Portland working for the State of Oregon, Neil acquired a new position with the U.S. Public Health Service as an Environmental scientist, and …Off TO NORTH CAROLINA WE WENT!

We have now lived longer in North Carolina than we did in Oregon…we have raised five beautiful children; Lara, Brian, Angela, Crystal and Jaymin …I went back to school and received an Associate Degree at SEBTS…and after 30 years, Neil retired as a Commander in the U.S. Public Health Service. His retirement has given us more time to enjoy our five wonderful grandchildren, our gardening, pool, hot tub and travels. Having been a home mom for a very long time and finding out life goes on after retirement, Neil and I decided to start a pet sitting business of our own. This has allowed us to be together, supplement our retirement income and have control over our lives.
