This is our basic pet sitting charge for up to two pets. It consists of a
30-50 min. visit filled with special attention. Food & water bowls are
washed and refilled according to client's directions. We remove dog potty
and clean litter boxes and dispose the pet waste in appropriate containers.


Our pet visit includes a house mess check for hairballs or accidents. We
then visit with your pet giving praise and play time (balls, feathers,
strings, brushing or petting). If your dog is leash trained we would be
glad to take him on a dog walk or potty break. Before we leave we always
do a nose count for those shy ones.

This is a customized full service visit, including cage cleaning or refreshing litter. Bowls are washed, foods and water changed. Waste is removed. Misting is provided if needed. And of course this comes with a bunch of TLC...for exotic pets.

  This is a full pet care service that lasts up to 40 minutes. We customize this visit to fit your critter's needs and your desires. Food is replenished and water is changed. Pet waste and debree are removed. Misting is provided as needed. And of course, this comes with a bunch of CLC...Critter Loving Care for your exotic pets.

  
  
• We do not let birds or critters out of cages for safety reasons and we do not service poisonous or dangerous critters of any kind.



• Cautionary note: we cannot be held responsible for heat lamps that turn off or on during a power surge or your stay away from your home.
  
  
  

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT POTTY TRAIN PUPPIES.

We are a pet sitting service, not pet trainers; therefor we are unable to assist you in potty training your pets. Time does not permit us to spend
a great deal of time cleaning up after accidents . A-1 PetCare from SleepEas..zz encourages you to take your puppies to a doggie day care
or kennel where they can get more TLC while they learn to hold their body
functions for longer periods of time. All puppies should be kept in a safe
and healthy environment. No dog should be allowed to play, sit or walk in
their own personal, pet waste while owners are at work or play.







  

PAMPER PAMPER PAMPER

You might want to consider buying your pet(s) additional human companionship while you are away. All animals (pets) miss you more than you will ever know. You are their family! When you are gone we find that pets get lonely. Sometimes they will act out these frustrations on furniture or floors. A-1 Pet Care from SleepEas...zz encourages you to consider buying a little extra time or an extra session to help fill their social needs. Buying an extra hour or so allows us to play, brush or just visit more with your pet. We turn the TV on and often times just sit in the same room for company. We notice that after about three days animals seem to need human companionship. This service of course is optional but if funds permit we highly recommend it for those special little ones left home alone.

Oh and don't forget...adult kittens also do better with a daily visit. Many clients feel that their cats can go every other day. Although cats are more independent, we have found they, too, need the social touch of human companionship. We also feel that for the safety of the animals your home should be checked each day.

  MEDICATIONS-IN ADDITION TO ALL OTHER CHARGES:

  Although we are not veterinarians, we can administer simple medications
  if your pet will allow it. However a written release of responsibility must be provided in order for us to perform such a service. At times an animal may have an adverse reaction to their meds. We cannot be responsible for any adverse reaction your pet may have to medications given at your request. We ask that you demonstrate to us the method you use and have written directions for us to follow.
  
  
  * Included in this charge are Pills of any kind ether given to the pet or added to their food, this includes vitamins, laxatives, creams, ointments or liquids and injections.

We find in today's busy world both parties in a household may be working. This often times turns our pets into latch-key dogs. In order to help your dog have a happier day we offer the MID-DAY EXERCISE EXPERIENCE. We will come to your home and let your dog outside in a fenced area or take him on a leashed walk for daily exercise. All dogs participating in this event must be potty trained and leash friendly. Our service consists of a 20 to 30 min. session.





(Sorry, refunds cannot be given for a dog that refuses to go on a walk or out in the back yard for a potty break. At times, dogs may take a week or so to feel comfortable with a pet sitter and only then will they cooperate.)



During the visit we also check and refill water and give out treats if requested by owners. (Mid day sessions are done between 11:00 am & 2:00 P.M.) Visits will vary due to scheduling and distance between clients.

• A-1 Pet Care from Sleep-Eas..zz In-Home Pet Sitting Service makes sure that when we put you and your pet on our calendar that we are going to be their for your pet on the days you have requested.  This scheduling requires reserving space for you and your pet as well as time for someone to put you on our calendar or take you off.  Therefore, we have found it necessary to impose a small cancelation fee for all clients that cancel within 48 hours of service. Cancelations based on finding a free sitter are unacceptable to SleepEaszz. Exempt from this charge are last minute job trip cancelations, emergencies, or inclement weather, sudden illness, death or natural disaster.  We at A-1 Pet Care trust our client’s honesty and sincerity and feel certain that all of you will comply with our policy on cancelations.

KEY RETURN POLICY FOR PET OWNERS

• Many of our clients allow us to keep a key in our office for their future pet sitting needs and our convenience.  This allows our clients the ability to schedule pet service with very little notice.  If a client chooses not to let us keep a key on hand we will be glad to mail your key back to you ASAP.  For safety reasons we do not leave keys outside or inside your house at any time. We prefer to keep a key in our possession until we know you have arrived home safe and sound.  Please note A-1 Pet Care from SleepEas...zz does charge a small fee for the pick up and returning of keys.  (If service is discontinued we return all keys upon request by mail).
  
  

• For your first 2 pet visits there is no charge for key pickup/return. After
  your 2nd scheduling for pet sitting services, we have a $12.00 pickup/return fee for all future visits.
  
  
  
  

   

HOLIDAY FEE POLICY


The holiday's are a very busy time for all pet sitters. Due to heavy scheduling Sleep-Eas..zZ finds it necessary to apply a small surcharge of $6.00 per trip/per visit to our client's bill on each of the following days:

  GASOLINE SURCHARGE FOR PET CARE SERVICE
  

• If a client lives outside of our pet sitting service area and is 15 miles away
  from our office location, a gasoline surcharge of $6.00/per round trip per visit, will be added to your total bill.

When you contact A-1 Pet Care from SleepEas..zz, you can feel secure knowing that your pets are receiving a lot of TLC with our professional in-home pet and dog walking service. We strive to create a relaxed atmosphere for your special little ones in your absence. We never force an animal to warm up to us until he or she is ready to...a satisfied pet is a returning client. If for any reason we do not meet your pet's needs, we will do whatever we can to correct it. In the event we can no longer satisfy you or your pet, we will recommend another pet sitter to serve you.
